Someone asked us this question via email, so i figured I'd answer it here.

Most Popular is sorted with the highest scores first. The score of a bilooga is how many people have clicked on the "thumbs up" (bilooga!) on that particular bilooga. You can even click on your own. :-) But the system will only let you do it once.
